All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed.

Damages or Order Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at alexisleonmarie@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

We will review the issue and determine the best solution. Items that have been worn, washed, used, altered, or damaged after delivery will not be eligible for review.

Final Sale Items

All items are considered final sale. No cancellations, returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted unless there is an approved issue with a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
